He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Grace Humphrey Tolliver; and his children, Teddy Lee Tolliver, Jr. (Tamara) of Mason, OH, Tammy Rutter (Ed) of Pleasanton, CA and Nicole Tolliver of Middleton, DE. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
