It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Mutter (Peterstown, West Virginia), born in Bozoo, West Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Mary Combs Reed; her siblings, Jessie Frazier, Vivian Frazier, Ellen Butler, Frankie Ganoe, Ruth Martin, Deela Lowry, Bernard, Tilden, Otto and Otis Reed; her former husband Robert Wills; and her husband Ernest Mutter.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Wills of Bozoo, WV, Marcus Mutter of Bluefield, WV, Bruce Mutter of Princeton, WV, Judy Kirby (Bill) of Narrows, VA, Mickey Walkup (Toney) of Bozoo, WV and Jill Skidmore (Edward) of Pearisburg, VA; and her grandchildren, Doug Kirby (Carolyn), Deborah Kirby, Troy Walkup (Valerie) and Vance Skidmore (Vikki).
