It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosetta Shockley (Peterstown, West Virginia), born in Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Elizabeth Lee Grover Wagner; her husband James Clifford Shockley; her siblings, Pete, Michael Wagner, Virginia, Mary, Margaret, Dorothy and Betty; and her grandson Ronnie Shockley.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Shockley of Santa Rosa, CA, Jimmy Shockley (Cindy) of Richmond, VA, Wesley Shockley of Dublin, VA, Daniel Shockley (Karen), Wanda Schwinn of Glen Burnie, MD and Gloria Shockley of Glen Burnie, MD; her sister Irene White of Brick Township, NJ; her grandchildren, Vanessa, Elizabeth, Alexis, Brandy, Abigail, Ben, Sarah, Alexa and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Ashley, Nicholas, James and Nova.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's mandate, those attending the graveside services shall wear a mask and practice social distancing.
