He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Harry" and Christine Dillow Allen; and his brother John David Allen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wikle Allen; his children, Brian Keith Allen (Sharon) of Peterstown, WV and Chrissy Allen (Heather Tickle) of Ripplemead, VA; his brother Robert Allen (Marjorie) of Lindside, WV; and his grandson Connor Allen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
