She was predeceased by: her parents, Con McGlothlin and Geneva Flowers McGlothlin; her husband Lee Lewis; her siblings, Tommy, Morgan McGlothlin and Phyllis Mundy; and her granddaughter Ashley Nicole Hearn.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Mutter (Eric) of Ballard, WV, Arville Hearn (Shirley Mercer) of Burkeville, VA, Teresa Vermeal (Tommy) of Rock Camp, WV and Kimberly Cook of Illinois; her grandchildren, Natasha Spencer (Philip) of Peterstown, Jacob Mutter (Erika) of Ballard, Jessica Johnson (Chris) of Roanoke, VA, Cody, Wyatt Belcher of Peterstown, Laken Cook (Kristi Painter) of Peterstown, Caeley and Kaiden Cook of Princeton, WV; her great grandchildren, Ava, Malachi Spencer, Reed, Lincoln Mutter, Briella, Morgan and Kyllien Johnson; her sister Connie Williams (Herbert) of Bluefield, WV; and her extended family, Brittany, Brandon, Anna, Kennedy and Maybele. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Cashmere Baptist Church, 174 Woodson Road, Ballard, WV 24918, with proceeds to be forwarded to the Monroe County Chapter for Life; The Ballard Christian School, 1395 Adair Ridge Road, Ballard, WV 24918, with proceeds to go towards the Ballard Eagles Athletics expenses, or to the Monroe County Coalition for Families and Seniors located at Market Street Inc., Peterstown, WV (304) 772-5960.
