He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Wayne and Mae Johnston Mann; his brother Eddie Carr Mann; and his brother-in-law Russell Broadus. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Broadus of Peterstown, WV; his children, Lane Mann of Peterstown, WV, Chris Mann (Karen) of Monroe, NC and Lisa Kessinger (Chad) of Shelby, NC; and his grandchildren, Kara, Karissa Mann, Cameron and Emma Kessinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Richard's name to the Peterstown Fire and Rescue Squad (P.O. Box 128, Peterstown, WV, 24963).
