He is survived by: his children, Jason Miller (Lindsay) of Peterstown, WV, RJ Miller (Katie) of Ballard, WV and Rachal Miller of Ballard, WV; his brother Richard Miller (Marcy) of Lindside, WV; his grandchildren, Carter, Carson, Reanna, Rayleigh and Kaydence; his nephew Richie Miller (Wendy); his great-niece Eden; and his great-nephew Cooper Miller.
