She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elbert and Mattie Francis; her daughter Rhonda J. Noble; and her granddaughters, Cynthia Breeding and Rebecca Breeding.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Breeding (Gary) of Hopewell, VA, Jennifer Caldwell (Charles) of Quinton, VA and Vincent Jones of Mullens, WV.; her grandchildren, Marnie Bourne of Mattaponi, VA, Dawn Noble of Rich Creek, VA, Nicholas Breeding, Nathaniel Breeding of Washington, DC, Jessica Allen (Bill) of Raleigh, NC, Tiffany Granger (Tom) of Princeton, WV and Ashley Davis (Matthew) of Pineville, WV.; and her great grandchildren, Logan Bourne, Ward Allen, Charles Allen and Thomas Allen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Peterstown United Methodist Church, 9 Church Street, Peterstown, VW, 24963.
