He is survived by: his wife Angelia "Penny" Harvey; his sons, Paul and Patrick Harvey; his siblings, Tony Harvey (Margaret) and Belinda Harvey; and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn Pence, Emma Sizemore, Drew Harvey and Lewis Sizemore.
