It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Raines Young Houchins of Peterstown, West Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Marshall and Gertrude Elvira Amos Raines; her former husband James R. "Bob" Young; her husband Tom Houchins; and her brothers, James Clifford Raines, Howard S. Raines and Ray G. Raines.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Young of Princeton, WV, Melvin Young (Kelly) of Peterstown, WV and Leigh Young of Peterstown, WV; her sister Kathleen Looney of Roanoke, VA; and her friend Arnold Pennington. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
