She was predeceased by: her parents, Phlegar Penkey and Thelma Irene Conley Wall; and her husband Jimmy Mann. She is survived by: her children, Michael Mann (Tammy) of Peterstown, WV and Kimberly Meadows (Gary White); her siblings, Richard Wall of Narrows, VA, Mary Walker of Salem, VA, Louise Stowers of Clear Fork, WV and Jean Ferguson of Narrows, VA; her grandsons, Christopher, Matthew and Joshua Meadows; and her close friend Michelle Vass. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
