She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Wills and Elsie Chambers Wills; her former husband William Boone; and her sons, Dennis Lee Boone and Phillip Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Bailey; her children, Theresa Smithson of Narrows, VA, Carol Ballengee (Richie) of Christiansburg, VA, Wesley Boone (Debbie) of Salem, VA, Eric Boone of Pembroke, VA and Dale Boone; and her siblings, John Wills (Sharon), Darryl Wills of Peterstown, WV and Vernetta Tritt of Peterstown, WV. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's Mandate, those attending the visitation and funeral services shall wear a mask and practice social distancing.
