He is survived by: his parent Alka Vivian Martin Belcher; his wife Gloria Thornton Belcher; his son Scott Belcher; his grandchildren, Easton Belcher and Laney Belcher; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Belcher of Roanoke, VA and Connie Belcher of Greenville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
