She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee R. Long and Margie Ellen Simmons Long; and her siblings, Lee Long Jr., Tommy Long and Sue Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Henry W. Mann; her daughter Lee Ellen Kelly; her siblings, John Long of Newport, VA, Nancy Frazier of Rich Creek, VA and Betsy Sarver of Newport, VA; and her pet Jolene "JoJo". She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's mandate, those attending the visitation and funeral services shall wear a mask and practice social distancing.
