She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Grayson and Mary Alice Poff Stephens; and her siblings, Woodrow Vance Stephens, Basil Stephens, Samuel Grayson Stephens Jr., John Edward Stephens, Dean Johnson Stephens, Mary E. Stephens, Margaret Jane Runions, Catherine Ratcliff and Genoia Louise Snider.
She is survived by: her children, C. G. Thomas (Eugena) of Princeton, WV, Angie Bernstein of Ballard, WV and Vickie Chambers (Mickey) of Fairfield, VA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
