She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Dorothy Musick. She is survived by: her caregiver Stephen G. Robinson; her children, Ben Slade, Steven Robinson (Jessica Swihart) of South Carolina and Angie Perkins (Gary); her grandsons, Casey Perkins and Jacob Perkins (Michelle) of Virginia; her daughter Brandi Willey; her granddaughter Mallorie Macon of Arizona; and her sister Sandy Kloba (Joe) of Florida.
