He is survived by: his mother Renee Simpkins of Surfside Beach, SC; his stepfather Garry Simpkins of Surfside Beach, SC; his sister April Blankenship; his grandmothers, Narcy Wills of Rich Creek, VA and Nora Lee Wickline of Lindside, WV; his aunts and uncles, Debra, Carlos Moore of Va Beach, VA, Jo Ann, Mark Shelton of Old Fort, NC, Greg and Courtney Wickline; and also Bailee Blankenship of Pearisburg, VA.
