She is survived by: her parent Eva Kathleen Hundley Hoffman; her daughters, Amy Balarzs Neal (Roger) of Tazewell and Anna Balarzs Ellett (Kevin) of Radford; her grandchildren, Kyle Collier (Maria) of Charlotte, NC, Stephen Collier, Andrew Collier of Tazewell, Rachel Chapman and Adam Chapman of Radford; and her brother James B. Hoffman (Debbie) of Ohio. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
