She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Spangler and Pearle Jarvis Spangler; her former husband Charles W. Peck, Jr. (Buck); and her husband William W. Kersey Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Akers (Mark) of Narrows and Wayne Peck (Brenda) of Lindside; her sister Barbara Morgan of Scotts Depot; her grandson Gale Peck (Michelle) of Peterstown; her great grandchildren, Holly Peck, Jacob of Narrow, Virginia, Elizabeth Dodd, Zach of Fairlea and Dusty Cline of Peterstown; and her caregivers, Linda Allen, Kathy Gibson, Holly Peck and Michelle Peck.
