He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lilly and Ruth Lilly; and his sister Carol Lilly Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Brown Lilly; his sister Joyce Lilly Bishop; his aunt Virginia Lilly Rorrer; his children, David Brown (Lindsay), Jeffrey Lilly (Kim) and Felicia Pence; his grandchildren, Heath (Amanda), Carly (Jeremy), Dustin (Cayley), Ryan (Brookelyn), Cory (Kinley), Caleb Brown (Hannah) and Bailey; his great grandchildren, Hannah K., Raylynn, Presley, Maddie, Avery, Rhett, Annalise and Isabelle; and his friend William Broyles.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's Mandate, those attending the services are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Peterstown EMS (P.O. Box 128, Peterstown, WV 24963), or your favorite charity in memory of Fred Lilly, Jr.
