It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ballard (Peterstown, West Virginia), who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovila Goyer and Auleen Levasseur Goyer; her husband William A. Ballard; and her siblings, Leslie, Martin Goyer and Angie DeShong.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Quesenberry, Donna Carroll, Wayne, Michael, Paul and John Ballard; her siblings, Vivian, Lea, Winnie, Jeanette, Cecile, Clem, Adrian, Allen, Daniel and Ronald; and her close friend Dina Wood. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and twelve great great grandchildren.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's Mandate, those attending the visitation and graveside services are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
