Dawson of Peterstown, West Virginia, born in Kopperston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert L. Dawson and Belva Spence Dawson; his brother Thomas Dawson; and his son Robert Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Akers Dawson; his children, Donald Dawson, Jr. (Kathy) and Sheila Belcher (Wesley); his siblings, James Dawson (Connie), Jean Shrewsberry and Marie Fuller (Joe); and his grandchildren, Cassie, Keith and Carrie Belcher.
