With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Marilyn Phipps (Peterstown, West Virginia), born in Squire, West Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cecil and Ruby Shrader of Virginia; her husband Scotty Phipps; and her brother Chuck Conley. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Phipps (Christy) of Summersville, WV and Sean Phipps (Roseann) of Peterstown, WV; her grandchildren, Caden, Sydney and Bryson Phipps; and her sisters, Sandy, Terry, Tammy and Rita. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
