She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Bailey and Sylvia Oneda Brown; her grandparents, Bernard, Eula Reed, Charles and Ardelia Bailey; and her nephew Randy Pack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Collins (Kenny) of Pearisburg, VA and Stephanie Chambers (Jamie) of Peterstown, WV; her sister Oneda Pack (Randall) of Ballard, WV; her grandchildren, Cory Collins (Brittany), Cody Collins and Bradley Chambers; her great grandchildren, Aubree and Ashlynn Collins; her nephew Anthony Pack (Robin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bannon, Ali and Jason Pack (Kathleen); her fiancé David Scott; her stepfather Harry Brown; and also, Magdalena, Miranda, David Scott (Siobhan) and Kane.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Carolyn's name be made to Cancer Kids and Christmas (1815 Old Wolf Creek Road, Narrows, VA 24124).
