Booth of Peterstown, WV, Jason G. Booth (Cyndi) of Peterstown, WV, Emily Perkins (Dewayne) of Pearisburg, VA and Sherry St. Clair (Eric) of Falls; his brother Earl W. Booth (Judy) of Union, WV; and his grandchildren, Troy, Ethan Perkins, Ava, Roman St. Clair, Jessica Fisher and Justin Stover. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
