She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl P. Boothe and Bonnie J. Bradley Boothe; her daughter Carla Hetherington (Justin) of Peterstown, WV; her brother Steve Boothe (Donna) of Lindside, WV; her grandchildren, Zayden and Tinsleigh; her niece Debbie Sams; her nephew Stevie Boothe; and her pet Teddy.
