We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Alfred Roosevelt Williams (Peterstown, West Virginia), born in Lindside, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lee and Ruth Evelyn Crawford Williams; his wife Laura Ann Williams; and his siblings, Billy Joe Williams and Mabel Lee Williams Elmore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamera "Tammy" Williams of Bozoo, WV and Janet Humphreys (Fred) of Pembroke, VA; his grandchildren, Olivia Baker (Nick), Houston Humphreys, Zachary Humphreys and Luke Humphreys; his great grandchild Isaac Baker; his sister-in-law Linda Booe Williams; and his nieces, Angela Elmore Collins, Heather Williams and Holly Williams Martin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Alfred's name to Ballard Missionary Baptist Church (P.O. Box 64, Ballard, WV 24918).
