Tingler Sr. of Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Russell Tingler and Mildred Carrie Tingler Alt (Kline); and his brothers, Roy Tingler, Charles "Chuck" Tingler, Louis "Lou" Tingler and Hubert Tingler.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Tingler (Cushard); his children, Monalisa Lease (Tommy) of Keyser, WV., William R. "Robbie" Tingler Jr. (Keshia) of Maysville, WV, Jim Mallow of Elkins, WV and Allen Mallow of Elkins, WV; and his brothers, Ray Tingler of Cabins, WV, Thomas Tingler of Onego, WV and Howard Tingler of Broken Arrow, OK.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
