She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hepner and Rea Hepner (Cleaver); and her sister Judy Judy (Hepner). She is survived by: her husband Carl D. Hogbin II; her children, Monty D. Hogbin (Paula) of Maysville, WV and Carla D. Mongold (David) of Dorcas, WV; and her siblings, Greta Lehman (Lee) of Moorefield, WV, Curtis Hepner Jr. of Enfield, CT and John M. Hepner (Becky) of Ooltewah, TN.
