He is survived by: his wife Sharon E. Goldizen (Hines); his son Jeff Goldizen (Sandi) of Lahmansville, WV; his grandchildren, Amber Goldizen Miller (Jared), Adam Goldizen (Sarah), Andy Goldizen (Sarah), A. J. Goldizen (Hope) and Savannah Hope Goldizen; and his brother Jerry Goldizen of New Port Richey, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
