He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fay and Blanche Katherine Fay (Garrow); his wife Patricia Elaine Fay (Santos); and his siblings, Harold Fay, Stanley, Wallace Gary and Linda Robinson.
He is survived by: his daughter Gina Fay of Chino, CA; his sisters, Arlene Orozko of Worcester, MA, Esther Merly (Jose) of Charlton, MA and Angie Hanley (Gary) of Shrewsbury, MA; his stepchildren, Lisa Marie Kramer (Roger Anderson) of Franklin, WV, Sherri Ann Kivlehan of Maynard, MA, Deborah Kivlehan of Baker, WV, Tina Marie Fareas (Kenneth) of Rome, ME, Thomas Edward Kivlehan, Jr. of Front Royal, VA and Stephen Francis Kivlehan of Petersburg, WV; and his caregiver Ryan Barger (Donielle Fothergill) of Maysville, WV.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews including a special grandson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (112 Virginia Ave, Petersburg, WV 26847).
