It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Smith (Petersburg, West Virginia), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Kelley and Eula Cain White (Arlie); her husband Richard D. Smith; and her brothers, Dewey C. Kelley and Edward L. Kelley.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Smith Noppenberger (Matthew) of Laurel, MD; her grandchildren, Joshua and Kelley Noppenberger; her brother Roy C. Kelley (Betty) of Marlinton, WV; and her siblings-in-law, Junior Smith (Geraldine), Carroll Smith (Norma), Charles Smith (Joan), Thurman Smith (Linda), Hazel Smith and Lucy Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
