She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Carr and Loraine "Noodie" Souder Carr. She is survived by: her fiancé Antonio Overton; her children, Jennifer Werre of Laurel, MD, Amanda Johnson of Emmitsburg, MD, Kimberly Carpenter of Laurel, MD and Willis Johnson of Emmitsburg, MD; and her sisters, Sandy Carr of Petersburg and Debbie Gray of Laurel. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
