He is survived by: his fiancée Peggy Sions; his children, Roger Lee Pennington, Jr., Trevor Knight, Adam Moyers, Tabitha Pennington, Tammy Pennington and Ashley Pennington; and his sister Linda Pennington of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
