He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Conrad and Mary Conrad Cutchens (Wratchford); his stepfather Carlos B. Cutchens; and his grandson Scott Steven Zirk II. He is survived by: his wife Abigail Conrad (VanMeter); his children, Rocky Wayne Conrad of Petersburg, WV, Tammy C. Conrad of Petersburg, WV, Samantha G. Wright of Petersburg, WV and Mary M. Conrad of Petersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Seth Thurman Conrad, Rocky Wayne Conrad, Jr. (Simon Conrad), Brandi VanMeter, Sierrah Zirk and Sydnee Zirk (Emma Conrad); his great grandchildren, Alexa Conrad and Orion Conrad; and his nephew Jacob Wratchford.
