He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oliver Hall and Genevieve Catherine Hall (Lewis); his brother Evers E. Keplinger; and his stepdaughter Sherry Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Hall (Snapp); his children, John Oliver Hall of Nebraska and Charity Dorak (Ryan) of Cabins, WV; his stepdaughter Ethel Murphy (Andrew) of Maysville, WV; his siblings, Allan Hall (Betsy) of New Oxford, PA, Henrietta "Penny" Rohrer (Dennis) of Hanover, PA and Sharon Livelsberger of McSherrystown, PA; and his sister-in-law Rita Keplinger of New Oxford, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
