She is survived by: her parents, Michael Joseph Hornyak and Dottie Lou Hornyak (Smith) of Moorefield, WV.; her husband Brian Shawn Jenkins; her children, Jesse Edwin Hornyak (Jamie Raye), Ryan Shawn Jenkins and Becka Nicole Jenkins; her sister Kerry Dawn Ketterman (Hornyak); her great-uncle Orville Artennis Kight of Eglon, WV; her uncle Clifford Ray Smith of Baltimore, MD; and her aunts, Juanita Ruth Roehl (Smith) of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Sue Joyce (Hornyak) of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
