He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Mullins and Edna Mullins (Hollyfield); and his wife Caroline Susan Ellifritz. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Mullins of Fairfax, VA, Eric Mullins (JoAnn) of New Creek, WV, Tim Mullins (Trina) of Chantilly, VA and Robert Mullins, Jr. (Linda) of Leesburg, VA; and his siblings, Betty Hellowitz, Marlene Leheny of Wise, VA, Warren Mullins (Elaine) of Warrenton, VA and James Mullins (Jeanie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and his faithful dog.
