He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Calvin and Lena Cox (Kesner); and his sister Norma Swick. He is survived by: his sister Janie Sites (Johnny) of Dorcas, WV; and his cousins, Joan Borror and Virginia George. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including a special niece.
