He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Richard and Eunice Virginia Walters (Weatherholtz); and his brother Roy A Walters. He is survived by: his wife Alice Jean Walters (Bennett); his daughter Tammy Monday (Gary) of Dunkirk, MD; his brothers, Ronald Walters of Petersburg, WV, Roger Walters (Sharon) of Old Fields, WV and Raymond Walters (Geneva) of Moorefield, WV; his grandsons, Dustin Wolfe of Lothian, MD and Mathew Berg of Martinsburg, WV; and his great grandchild Kaden Berg.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hyre Family Cemetery (125 Wolverton Mountain Ln, Petersburg, WV 26847).
