She is survived by: her children, Penny Hoggarth of Petersburg, WV, Hadley Bland of Petersburg, WV and Richard Bland of Seneca Rocks, WV; and her grandchildren, Steven Bland, Christopher Phillips, Tina Hoggarth, Denali Hedrick and Brock Bland. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
