Wagoner of Newport, NC and Rebecca L. Wagoner of Castle Hayne, NC.; and her siblings, Bernice Riggleman of Berkeley Springs, WV, Verna Riggleman of Summersville, WV, Sue Keefer of Green Spring, WV. and Tom Riggleman (Ann) of Berkeley Springs, WV..
