She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Nesselrodt and Demma T. Nesselrodt (Ketterman); her husband Edward L. Whetzel; her sons, Jolly Joe and David Whetzel; her son-in-law Ernest Wratchfod; and her siblings, Samuel, Willard, Gillispie Nesselrodt, Wilda Lantz, Goldie Whetzel, Rhoda Whetzel and Margie Borror.
She is survived by: her children, Rhoda Marie Wratchford of Petersburg, WV, Donnie M. Whetzel of Petersburg, WV, Ilene Wilburn (Lee) of Old Fields, WV, Betty Miller (Bradley) of Maysville, WV, Juanita Alt (Delmas) of Romney, WV, Randy L. Whetzel of Petersburg, WV and Keith E. Whetzel of Petersburg, WV; and her sister-in-law Mary Nesselrodt. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
