He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roland C. Mullenax, Bessie Mullenax (Harman), John E. Kimble and Zadie Kimble (Kisamore). He is survived by: his parents, Carl Mullenax and Thelma Mullenax (Kimble) of Petersburg, WV.; his wife Sue Mullenax (Hinkle); his siblings, Melanie Diller of Harrisburg, PA., Kelly Mullenax (Jeanne) of Petersburg, WV, Kenneth Mullenax of Petersburg, WV and Mark Mullenax (Rhonda) of Petersburg, WV; his aunt Jean Judy of Franklin, WV; and his uncle Roy Mullenax of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by Six nieces and several great nieces and nephews and one great- great niece.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
