He is survived by: his wife Mary Mowery; his daughter Sherri Parsons of Baltimore, MD; his sister Nancy Sites of Upper Tract, WV; his grandchildren, Shane Parsons, Samantha Parsons, Ateia Bell, Taylor Randolph and Corey Randolph; and his great grandchild Royal Anderson.
