It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kitty Barr (Petersburg, West Virginia), born in Lahmansville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert H. Hull and Odessa Hull (Frye); her husband Roland P. Barr; and her sisters, Delona Crites and Anna Lee Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia V. Strosnider (Clifton) of Petersburg, WV, Perry A. Barr (Tina) of Moorefield, WV and Jay M. Barr of Annapolis, MD; her grandchildren, Dr. Heather Strosnider of Atlanta, GA, Kara J. Riggleman (Bill) of Petersburg, WV and Adam R. Strosnider (Sarah) of Petersburg, WV; and her great grandchildren, Lucas W. Riggleman, Matthew L. Riggleman and Stella E. Strosnider.
