She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Heavener and Sylvia Sarah Heavener (Turner); her daughters, Infant Pamela Sue Smith and Carol Faye Keplinger; and her siblings, Byron W. Heavener, Retta Dolly, Bessie Dolly, Ruth Reed and Iva Kile.
She is survived by: her husband Bobbie E. Keplinger; her children, Dianne Thorne (Randy) of Petersburg, WV, Missy Keplinger (Tom) of Petersburg, WV, Sherry Paugh (Kirk) of Petersburg, WV, Michael Smith (Cindy) of Petersburg, WV and Timothy Keplinger (Stephanie) of Romney, WV; her grandchildren, Erica Thorne, Derek Thorne, Brian Keplinger, Ashlea Rexrode, Hannah Smith, Ethan Crites, Gabby Keplinger, Johnny Keplinger, Tommy Keplinger and Autumyn Keplinger; and her son-in-law Sid Keplinger. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
