He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon D. Mongold and B. Frances Hoke Mongold; his wife Debbie Rogers Mongold; and his brother Butch Mongold. He is survived by: his children, Stacie Marie Moyers of Petersburg, WV and John Thomas Mongold of Baker, WV; his stepchildren, William J. Bennett of Baker, WV, Robert Lee Bennett of Riverton, WV, Gina J. Burnner of Manassas, VA, Valeria R. Bennett of Riverton, WV, Jeffery J. Bennett and Lisa Marie Bennett of Cherry Grove, WV; and his sisters, Saundra S. Dawson of Stephens City, VA and Susan Combs of Bunker Hill, WV. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
