Bradshaw and Teresa Lynn Cunningham; and his siblings, Hallie Rutledge, Margaret Berg, Harry Cunningham, Jr. and Allen Cunningham.

He is survived by: his son Ronald W. Cunningham (Debbie) of Petersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Matt Cunningham (Kandra), Derek Bradshaw (Erika), Nicole Watts (Daniel) and Charity Kimble; his great grandchildren, Blake Watts, Ben Watts, John Luke Watts, Jadyn Kimble, Bryceson Kimble, Zoey Cunningham, Olivia Cunningham, Derek Bradshaw, Jr. and Landon Bradshaw; and his half-sister Wanda Sites (Larry) of Petersburg, WV..
