He is survived by: his sons, James Richard Wagoner, Jr. of Petersburg, WV, Kenneth Lee Wagoner (Teresa) of Castle Hayne, NC and Ricky Lynn Wagoner of Wilmington, NC; his granddaughter Rebecca L. Wagoner of Castle Hayne, NC; and his siblings, Fred Wagoner of Fort Ashby, WV and Janet Platt of Berkeley Springs, WV. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
